Examples and documentation
Every example is a complete GibbsStudio project: open it, run it, change it. They cover the PHREEQC manual examples and every module, from ion balances and Piper diagrams to Monte Carlo studies and parameter fitting.
Since 6.1.0 they are a chapter of the manual rather than a site of their own, and the same pages open inside GibbsStudio from File › Open Example… — each one as a copy in your documents, so the shipped original is never edited by accident.
- Core
Function surfaces, plotting and time series — the machinery every model shares.
- Water Chemistry
Ion balance, water types, irrigation suitability, and the same waters sent to PHREEQC.
- Phreeqc
The PHREEQC manual examples, speciation through gas solubilities, plus parametric mixing.
- Predominance
Eh–pH and stability diagrams drawn by tracking their boundaries.
- Optimization
Fitting kinetics, a Langmuir isotherm, Ni sorption and a titration curve.
- Statistics
Monte Carlo uncertainty and principal component analysis.
- Database
Comparing databases over a system, and the structure of phreeqc.dat.
